Stafford Manufacturing introduces ACME threaded collars
February 27, 2007 - A full line of ACME threaded collars for use with ACME shafts as end stops, stroke limiters, and other holding or tensioning applications are available from Stafford Manufacturing Corporation of Wilmington, Massachusetts.

Stafford ACME Threaded Shaft Collars provide optimum axial power for applications such as stroke limiting, gear and bearing nuts, or height and spring tensioning. Precision machined with right- or left-hand threads to match ACME shafts, these collars are offered in steel and stainless steel.

Easy to install and reposition, Stafford ACME Threaded Shaft Collars come in one- and two-piece styles and 15 standard bore sizes from 3/8-12 to 2-1/2-3. They are non-marring and capable of withstanding higher thrust loads than conventional smooth bore collars.

Stafford ACME Threaded Shaft Collars are priced according to material, size, and quantity. Literature and price quotations are available upon request.
