| Todd Lucich Joins Bison as VP of Sales | ||

St. Charles, IL - 2/21/2008 - Bison Gear announces that Todd Lucich has joined the organization as the new Vice President of Sales. Todd has over 27 years experience in the Power Transmission Industry, and was formerly VP of Distribution and National Accounts with Rexnord Industries. Prior to joining Rexnord Industries he held various sales and product management roles with Rockwell Automation. Todd has a BA degree from Western Oregon University and has 2 patents for engineering innovation. "We are excited to have Todd onboard at Bison. We believe his experience will grow our sales team to new directions in the future," states Bison CEO, Martin Swarbrick. About Bison Gear & Engineering Corp.
