August 23, 2007 - Minneapolis, Minn. TURCK announces new molded M27 multifast connectors. The 26 and 28-pin connectors can be used to provide power and signals to factory automation equipment in the automotive, semiconductor and material handling industries. These cordsets and receptacles are perfect replacements for D-Sub (DB-25) style connectors in industrial settings where DB-25 connectors are limited to 30 Volts and low current. TURCK M27 connectors are rated for 150 Volts and 5 Amps and can handle up to 18 AWG wires. The 26 and 28-pin connectors are available with PVC flexlife cable. All connectors provide IEC IP 67 protection. Like most TURCK cordsets, the multifast line offers male or female, straight and right angle connectors, standard and custom lengths, and pigtails or extensions. To make the system complete, TURCK offers fully encapsulated mating receptacles with front mount threads. TURCK is an industry leader providing superior quality sensing, connectivity and network products to help manufacturers improve their automated processes. |
