| Visibility Names Jack Saint President and COO | ||

 March 24, 2009 - Visibility named Jack Saint its president and Chief Operating Officer. Saint, who has been Visibility’s Executive Vice President of Solutions since 2007, will continue to report to John Nugent, Visibility’s CEO. "Jack has essentially been doing this job for over six months now, and it's high time we officially recognized it with this promotion," said Nugent. “Jack has led the continued adaptation of VISIBILITY.net and significantly increased the growth and profitability of the services organization, while successfully executing on the company vision to ‘Delight Every Customer.’ Saint will continue to provide services and solution leadership while working closely with Nugent and the executive team to lead Visibility’s overall business. “Jack and I have worked together for over twenty years now, and I am looking forward to working even more closely with him to help Visibility reach some exciting goals during the coming years", added Nugent. Jack joined Visibility in 2007 as Vice President of Services, and was promoted shortly thereafter to Executive Vice President of Solutions. Before joining Visibility, Saint co-founded and was President of IDFM, Inc. a leading provider of PLM solutions for the manufacturing industry. Saint earned his B.A. from the College of the Holy Cross.
