LAKE FOREST, Calif., June 28, 2005 -- Wonderware, a business unit of Invensys Systems, Inc., today announced that its corporate customer support services organization that provides customer technical support has achieved certification from the Support Center Practices (SCP) certification program for the third consecutive year. This year, Wonderware exceeded the SCP compliance requirements as well as the SCP community benchmark average. "Wonderware's overall score is excellent relative to the stringent requirements defined in the SCP certification program," said Gordy Stauffer, senior consultant for Service Strategies Corp. "Wonderware's customer support services team has done a great job of preparing for the SCP audit and working to enhance processes and results. It is clear that they are committed to delivering a high level of service to customers and continuously improving their support operations." To achieve SCP certification, a company must meet or exceed stringent requirements in several categories including customer feedback, services delivery, training, total quality management, sales and service, research and development, and corporate commitment and strategy. "By meeting or exceeding the requirements specified for each element of the program, Wonderware continues to improve operational performance and is committed to maintaining the highest possible customer satisfaction levels," said Neal Hatton, Wonderware director of technical support. This highly skilled corporate organization provides detailed technical assistance and problem resolution, and backs an expansive network of more than 160 Wonderware certified support providers around the world.
