We'd Like to Hear from You

From One Techie to Another

Hello everyone,

The term "blog" is getting a lot of use these days and blog use is definitely on the rise. Blogs are basically personal messages, opinions or questions that are posted on the web for public access. Many of you know that Automation.com currently hosts a discussion forum...and I'll be the first to admit that it's pretty lame. Not many people use it because it's cumbersome and difficult to create new discussions or posts. I do believe there is a tremendous need for a user-friendly forum where automation professionals can freely go to express opinions and ask questions of their peers. And more importantly, for a forum that people can post their topics in real-time and get responses quickly from others.

As we begin to evaluate, expand and enhance our current discussion forum, I'm asking for your feedback...even if you don't think this kind of forum will work. If you have any ideas or suggestions regarding a new and improved "Blog" area of Automation.com, please send me a message using the following link: http://www.automation.com/sitepages/pid1256.php.

Thanks in advance for your input!

Enjoy the rest of this e-news!

But the time will come to achieve more than basic communications. And a managed switch will allow you to create a fully optimized network by being able to configure the network for performance and to monitor the network for status.
