Daily news and product updates via e-mail
Well, I've put this off long enough. In the next few weeks, we will start publishing an Automation Daily e-newsletter. Don't worry, you won't automatically receive it. You must opt-in to this daily issue. Over a week ago, I made the decision to add this daily issue as a subscription option on our subscribe page and it turns out that 80-90% of new subscribers are asking for it. That surprises me.

On the other hand, we are publishing so much new content every day that our weekly newsletter is becoming extremely long. As you know, we try to cover as much automation information as we possibly can, but it's almost too much to consume in one sitting. For that reason, I think the daily issue is a good idea...but only for those who wish to receive it.

To start, the daily issue will only contain the news and product announcements from the last day. As a result, the daily issue will be short and easy to scan and read. Once we start publishing the Automation Daily, we will revamp this Automation Weekly to contain only the highlights from the last week. If you want to be stay on top of everything, you'll need to subscribe to our Automation Daily.

To opt-in to this daily newsletter or edit your profile, please update your preferences.
Note: If you are not viewing this message in your e-mail client, please click here and enter your subscription e-mail address.

If you have any comments, suggestions, or feedback regarding this new daily addition, or the revamp of our Automation Weekly, please don't hesitate to contact me.

Enjoy the rest of this Automation Weekly!

    Remote Services via Internet
Closely interdependent production schedules at a printing plant necessitate the availability of printing systems as an important competition criterion. No publishing house or printing plant can afford unplanned downtime. For the printing machine manufacturer’s service department, this means uncovering any risks of error as early as possible and thus avoiding breakdowns. Koenig & Bauer, a manufacturer of printing plants, implemented remote maintenance via Internet using open standard technologies in an integrated mGuard solution from Innominate.
