Market for operator panels to recover as OEMs and SIs die
ARC says the current economic situation has resulted in consolidation among companies that buy operator panels. For example, in 1988 there were roughly 30,000 OEMs and system integrators in the auto industry; by 2000, there were 5,600 suppliers left.
