Hardy Instruments adds analog outputs to HI 3030 weight controller
San Diego, CA, February 13, 2007 — Hardy Instruments announces the availability of analog output communications for its HI 3030 Series of multi-scale weight controllers. The –2AN option provides two independent outputs with a choice of Gross, Net, Rate-of-Change or mapped Total weight as both current (0-20 or 4–20mA) or voltage (0-5 or 0-10 VDC). The HI 3030 can hold up to two cards providing a total of four independent analog outputs. Like Hardy’s other interface option cards Ethernet IP, ControlNet, Allen-Bradley RIO and Profibus, All parameters can be “mapped” (assigned) to the Analog outputs. Each analog output can be assigned to any of the instruments four-scale channels.

Hardy Instruments has been providing customers with process control solutions for over 85 years and is best known for its innovative technology. Hardy, an ISO 9001-certified manufacturer, is based in San Diego, California.
