Designed to operate in the most extreme industrial environments, the Model TC3848 VoIP+ Gateway is a self-contained Voice solution. It functions as a standalone IP PBX, does not require a SIP Server or Call Manager and is guaranteed to survive harsh conditions and wide temperature swings, (-40º C to +80º C).
Available with Conformal Coating, the TC3848 is compatible with analog phones and connects directly to existing LANs. QoS prioritization is provided to ensure consistent, high quality voice regardless of network traffic.
All TC Communications voice solutions are available with special components, connectors and circuitry to ensure reliable operation in the event of wide temperature swings, electromagnetic interference (EMI), radio interference, vibrations, or moisture and humidity fluctuations.
The TC1900 (Fiber), TC1901 (RS-232) and TC1910 (Ethernet) are often used to extend telephone service in campus networks, power plants, substations, etc or use an existing service data channel to set up a telephone link. They are also used to set up "Hot Links" telephone service via existing Ethernet, fiber optic or RS-232 links on satellite, fiber optic or microwave networks.
The TC8800 is a 4-to-28 channel telephone and data fiber optic multiplexer that extends multiple telephone lines, analog and data channels to remote sites such as other buildings in campus networks.
The TC8000 is a highly specialized 4-to-28 channel analog and data Fiber Optic Multiplexer that extends 600 Ohm audio and data channels to remote sites in a campus network. Users can mix or match audio/intercom channels or RS-232, RS-422, TTL and Dry Contact Interfaces in increments of four up to a maximum of 28 channels. The intercom interface is for 4-wire voice communication (handsets) and the analog interface is 2/4-wire, 600 Ohm transformer coupled. It is typically used for Frequency Shift Keying (FSK) applications.
