Experienced Automation Executive to Head KUKA US Operations as Company Continues North American Expansion
Clinton Township, Michigan — March 5, 2007 – KUKA Robotics announced the appointment of Mr. Stuart Shepherd as President of KUKA Robotics. Mr. Shepherd’s responsibilities will include the company’s operations including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer service for the United States of America.

Prior to joining KUKA Robotics, Mr. Shepherd was founder and president of Shepherd Solutions, a business development and management consulting firm that focused on robotic automation OEMs, system integrators, related service organizations and technical associations. Mr. Shepherd has over 27 years of international robotic automation industry experience in sales, marketing, engineering, operations management, customer service and training. Mr. Shepherd will report to Martin Kuhnhen, CEO of the Americas – KUKA Roboter GmbH.
