Research Triangle Park, NC (March 6, 2007) - ISA's 7th Annual Fugitive Emissions - LDAR Symposium will be held 5-7 June 2007 at the Doubletree Austin Hotel in Austin, Texas.

The event will focus on compliance with today's complex leak detection and repair (LDAR) requirements, methods, and management. Industry experts in leak detection and repair will discuss real world implementations and ways to improve and optimize LDAR programs.

"This event is a unique opportunity for newcomers, professionals, and regulatory agencies to network together for the common purpose of reducing emissions in ways that are effective and efficient," said symposium chair John Cermenaro.

The event will feature comprehensive presentations, tutorials, speaker panels, and new product technology demonstrations, designed to transfer information from the world's leading experts to attendees.

Conference topics include:
  • Changes Coming for NSPS Subpart VV
  • Retagging Case Study
  • How Many Technicians Do You Need?
  • LDAR Coordinator - What It Takes To Be One Optical Imaging From a User's Point of View Regulatory Enforcement Panel Discussion

An evening exhibit reception will be held on 6 June, sponsored by Flir Systems. A training course, focusing on HON LDAR regulation, will also be held on 6 June. The course explores 40 CFR 63 Subpart H, giving attendees a working knowledge of a very complex LDAR regulation. Without an understanding of this regulatory building block, facility LDAR programs will encounter loss of revenue due to simple errors and lack of efficiency.

For more information about the event, or to register, visit the website. Group rates and early bird discounts are available.
