Slideways Custom UHMW Chain Guides can be produced in single and dual lane configurations to accommodate all standard ANSI and metric roller-, side flexing-, and link chains. Eliminating the need for lubrication systems and the noise associated with metal-on-metal, these wear-resistant guides can be manufactured in curved and straight designs to fit OEM space require- ments, be machined with any radius, and include metal mounting guide rails.
Featuring several material formulations, Slideways Custom UHMW Chain Guides can be made from oil filled UHMW for high speed applications, natural UHMW for direct food contact at lower speeds, and molybdenum filled UHMW with a dry lubricant for higher speeds in dusty environments. These chain guides meet FDA guidelines 21CFR178.2010 and 21CFR177.1520 and are USDA compliant.
