Portland, OR, July 9, 2007 – LGInternational launched a line of high temperature labels and ribbons for marking of printed circuit boards (PCBs). These durable Kapton (polyimide) labels are lead-free and come in four standard sizes. These labels are able to withstand temperatures to 1000ºF/538ºC (extended exposure to 600ºF/316ºC) making them ideal for lead-free soldering during printed circuit board manufacturing.

Labels are supplied in rolls of 10,000 and are available individually or in convenient label and ribbon combination packages. LGI also manufactures custom high temperature labels in a variety of substrates and sizes based on client specific needs.

LGInternational’s line of standard high temperature PCB labels includes:
  • 0.25 x 0.90” High Temperature Kapton Labels (1mil-Polyimide-L39983)
  • 0.25 x 1.00” High Temperature Kapton Labels (1mil-Polyimide-L39989)
  • 0.25 x 1.25” High Temperature Kapton Labels (1mil-Polyimide-L40000)
  • 0.25 x 1.375” High Temperature Kapton Labels (1mil-Polyimide-L40016)
  • 1.57” x 984.25’ High Temperature Ribbon (LGI-450-1.57)
  • 3.54” x 984.25’ High Temperature Ribbon (LGI-450-3.54)
  • High Temperature Bundle - 3 rolls of labels with 1 ribbon (1mil-Polyimide-B3)
  • High Temperature Bundle - 10 rolls of labels with 3 ribbon (1mil-Polyimide-B10)
