Hedland introduces EZ-View Flow Meter for semiconductor applications
July 11, 2007 - Featuring an easy-to-read flow rate indicator, Hedland's EZ-View Flow Meter monitors a wide range of liquids under rigorous conditions required in industrial-class, and semiconductor applications. This low cost, low pressure meter includes a unique spring loaded variable-area design.

The EZ-View meters can be installed in any position without affecting accuracy and can be installed quickly without costly flow straighteners or other special plumbing requirements. These meters operate within a ±5% full scale accuracy and are constructed of rugged polysulfone plastic. They are offered in 1/2", 3/4", and 1" NPTF or 3/4" and 1" brass and PVC sweat fittings.

The standard flow scale is calibrated in GPM or LPM at 1.0 specific gravity for water and water-based emulsions, or .876 specific gravity for oil and petroleum-based fluids. However, special scales are available in other units of measurement or specific gravities.

Optional to Hedland's EZ-View is an AC or DC Flow-Alert flow switch that automatically signals an alarm if flow is too high or too low.
