LIVERMORE, Calif. - Aug. 7, 2007 - Adept Technology signed an agreement with Mechatronic Techniques to be the exclusive representative for Adept's products in Texas and Oklahoma. The relationship expands Adept's distribution strategy and provides customers in the Southern United States with valuable automation expertise based locally in their region.
Under the terms of the agreement, Mechatronic Techniques will be the exclusive representative for Adept products and applications services in the states of Texas and Oklahoma.
