Pepperl+Fuchs enhances Rhino inductive proximity sensors
August 24, 2007 - TWINSBURG, OH – Pepperl+Fuchs introduces Rhino AC/DC cube-style inductive proximity sensors. These two-wire AC/DC sensors are available with a 20mm sensing range and are rated for 20-250 VAC/VDC operation. These sensors are well suited for automotive manufacturing, and any number of other applications requiring a 120VAC power source.

Rhino AC/DC series proximity sensors are flush mountable and feature a coated die-cast housing and durable thermoset plastic sensing face for long life and reliable operation. Additionally, these sensors feature a five-way quick pivot sensing face for operational and mounting flexibility, as well as two corner LEDs for high-visibility status indication. Sensor models NBB20-L3M-US-V93 and NBB20-L3M-US-V12 have short circuit and overload protected normally open outputs, and are offered with 7/8” or ½” style quick disconnects respectively.

Pepperl+Fuchs is a world leader in the design, manufacture and application of high quality factory and process automation products and services. Pepperl+Fuchs pioneered the development of proximity sensors 45 years ago, and has set the standard for innovation and quality ever since.
