(Cincinnati, Ohio – 9/04/2007) - Advantech introduces the TPC-1270H 12.1” SVGA TFT LCD Touch Panel Computer with a more powerful yet low power consumption Intel Pentium M 1.4GHz/Celeron M 1GHz processor. The system is fanless to improve maintenance free operation, yet is powerful enough to support full Windows operating systems such as XP Professional, as well as embedded operating systems such as XPe. The standard mass storage media is reliable non-rotating CompactFlash, but for higher storage capacity an HDD can be added.
Other features include: 1x 10/100Base-T and 1x 10/100/1000Base-T LAN, 3x RS-232 and 1x RS-232/485/422 serial ports, 4x USB 2.0 serial ports, and 1x VGA port. Also, a version with 2x 10/100Base-T LAN ports is available.
