Warrington, PA – October 2, 2007 – Tiger Optics unveiled the HALO+, a mini-Cavity Ring-Down Spectroscopy (CRDS) analyzer capable of measuring at parts-per-trillion (PPT) levels. HALO+ is a compact CRDS tool that can analyze moisture in gases down to ultra-low levels with the same unmatched accuracy, speed, repeatability and low cost of ownership for which Tiger Optics analyzers are known worldwide.
The HALO+ addresses the heretofore-unmet need for fast, accurate, calibration-free measurement of moisture in the parts-per-trillion (PPT) to parts-per-million (PPM) range. Companies in industries including semiconductor fabrication, laboratory calibration and industrial process control can now further enhance process efficiency and increase yields by analyzing ultra-high purity gases at levels that previously required far more expensive analyzers.
