BlueTree is a leading manufacturer of cellular data modems for mobile communications, business continuity and telemetry applications. This acquisition enables the combined company to more fully leverage their respective talents in the marketplace by providing a wider array of hardware and software applications, and expanded channel services, both domestically and internationally.
