Livingston & Haven VP added to 2008 Progressive Manufacturing judging panel

Charlotte, NC – December 6, 2007 – Livingston & Haven Executive Vice President, Bruce McKay, has been selected as one of the judges for the 2008 Progressive Manufacturing Awards by Managing Automation, a Thomas Publishing Company, LLC, publication. The judging panel comprises of thirteen representatives from leading companies in the manufacturing industry, as well as past winners in the Progressive Manufacturing Awards program. Livingston & Haven was the recipient of the Manufacturer of the Year Award in the third annual Progressive Manufacturing Awards.

The Managing Automation Progressive Manufacturing 50 Awards program is designed to support and reflect the extensive push by manufacturers to improve and capitalize on growth opportunities. Fifty companies will be recognized for achieving distinction in at least one of the eight core disciplines defined by Managing Automation as critical to business success in the years ahead. Managing Automation will also present High Achiever Awards to one company in each of the eight disciplines. In addition, one company will be chosen as the overall Progressive Manufacturer of the Year.

The Progressive Manufacturing 50 will be honored and presented their awards at the Progressive Manufacturing Awards Gala Dinner to be held on the last day of the Progressive Manufacturing Summit, June 10-12, 2008, at the Four Seasons Hotel in Las Vegas. In addition to presenting the awards to the 50 winners, Managing Automation will also announce High Achievers in each of the eight disciplines as well as the 2007 Progressive Manufacturer of the Year.
