December 12, 2007 - A custom engineered vertical lifting system for blending food, baking, confectionary, and pharmaceutical products into a scale, without requiring the expense of a mezzanine, multiple conveyors, and vibratory feeders has been introduced by KLEENline Corporation of Newburyport, Massachusetts.
The KLEENline Vertical Lift System can incorporate up to six lifting lanes for transferring products-on-demand into a scale and/or bagger from a central location at floor level by one operator. Eliminating the need for mezzanines, several conveyors, and vibratory feeders, each lifting lane on this totally integrated vertical lifter utilizes scooped flights, and is PLC controlled to assure uniform product feeding with turnkey operation.
Built to customer requirements, KLEENline Vertical Lift Systems can range from 8 to 24 tall, incorporate 4 to 6 lifts from 4 to 30 W each, and have custom designed flights, chutes, and hoppers. Featuring 304 stainless steel construction, all FDA-acceptable materials and direct-drive motors, they can operate at 0 to 60 FPM, depending upon the configuration and application.
KLEENline Vertical Lift Systems are priced from $18,000.00 to $125,000.00 typical; depending upon configuration. Quotations are available on request.
