Scottsdale, AZ - April 10, 2008 - The PTO (PROFIBUS and PROFINET North America) appointed Victor Wolowec as the latest addition to the PTO Board of Directors. Mr. Wolowec is Vice-president, Solutions Business at Endress+Hauser. Mr. Wolowec will be replacing former PTO Board member Todd Hubbell, who was recently promoted to Vice-president of Logistics at Endress+Hauser.
“We are genuinely sad to see Todd leave the PTO Board of Directors," said Michael Bryant, Executive Director of the PTO. "He has been an ardent supporter of the PTO for many years and has contributed greatly to the success of the PTO during his tenure. We are extremely happy about his Endress+Hauser promotion and will surely miss him.” Bryant adds, “We welcome Victor to the PTO Board and look forward to many successful years of his participation."
Mr. Wolowec joins PTO Board of Directors members Filomena Wardzel, Siemens; Robb Black, TURCK; Thad Frost, Invensys; and Michael Bryant, PTO. Originally from Philadelphia, PA, Mr. Wolowec earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Penn State University and an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. After serving in many positions at Endress+Hauser including Product Manager, Inside Sales Manager and most recently Vice-president of Logistics, he now serves as Vice-president, Solutions Business. In this new role, Mr. Wolowec and his team will deliver the tools, information and management required to support a variety of process engineering applications.
