IMI Sensors updates Website
May 6, 2008, Depew, NY, USA – IMI Sensors announced recent improvements to their website to include a new look, as well as improvements to the site’s functionality and product search capabilities.

Design updates include the addition of an intuitive user search tool, mirroring that of the PCB Piezotronics corporate website, allowing for real-time searches of up-to-the-minute specifications for all IMI Sensors industrial vibration monitoring sensor technologies. Products are searchable by model number, product and measurement type, and from a continuously updated database of available sensors, signal conditioners, cables and accessories. In addition, technical content pages have been enhanced to allow customers to quickly download drawings, specification sheets, product manuals, data sheets and other relevant technical information.

Notes IMI Sensors Division Manager, Eric Yax, “The overall goal of IMI Sensors is Total Customer Satisfaction (TCS), and our mission, to provide valued customers with quality, competitively priced products, available with reasonable lead times, fully supported by our experienced applications engineering team, who are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, from anywhere in the world. We believe these and other planned website improvements, combined with further development of our extensive product portfolio, will provide yet another added vehicle by which IMI Sensors can directly benefit our customers.”

IMI Sensors designs and manufactures industrial accelerometers and vibration sensors, 4-20 mA vibration transmitters, smart vibration switches, bearing fault detectors, reciprocating machinery protectors, signal conditioning, cables and related accessories for predictive maintenance, equipment protection, condition monitoring and machinery vibration analysis. Sensors are used to monitor bearings, gears, motors, spindles and other rotating machinery in harsh factory environments. With 24-hour customer service support; direct sales offices throughout Europe and Asia and an established global distribution network, PCB attributes its continued growth to an unwavering commitment to total customer satisfaction.
