Fusion Systems Group (FSG) specializes in the design, build, and controls programming of turn-key custom automation solutions. If you are looking to increase the quality and efficiency of product assembly, testing, or inspection processes, FSG has the answers. We have been developing custom automation equipment to assemble a wide range of products since 1965.

Each automated system is designed to automate repetitive operations. Whether fully or semi-automated, FSG machines are built to be both robust yet simple to minimize the costs of maintenance, downtime, and operator training. Our customers can rely on us to deliver their automation system on time, and perform to their expectations.

FSG’s automation systems typically incorporate some combination of pneumatics, servo, and mechanical functions applied effectively to meet specific part rates. Rotary indexing tables often form the heart of automatic machines. Tooling can be anodized or plated and designed in harmony with auto load/unload devices such as pick and place or more versatile robotics.

If the application warrants, linear conveyor machines can be designed. Continuous or indexing motion, these systems utilize stop gates and sensors to provide sequencing of your product through the work stations. Both rotary and linear concepts can be built stand-alone or fully integrated with upstream or downstream automation.
