Michael Caliel
CEO and President, Invensys Operations Management
Caliel has over 25 years of industry experience, rejoining Invensys Process Systems (IPS) in January 2012 as President and CEO of Invensys Operations Management.  Prior to his chief executive role at IPS, Caliel was president of the company’s North America, Europe and Middle East regions. He came to Invensys in 1993, initially as the Southwest Regional Manager, before assuming the position of Vice President of Sales in 1995.
 
Wolfgang Morr
General Manager, NAMUR
Dr. Wolfgang Morr is General Manager at NAMUR, an international user association of automation technology in process industries, in Leverkusen, Germany. Wolfgang worked with Bayer AG and Bayer Technology Services where his responsibility included process control systems and related projects.
 
Chet Mroz
President and CEO, Yokogawa Corporation of America
Chet Mroz, President and CEO at Yokogawa Corporation of America (YCA), is a well-known leader in the industrial automation industry with 25 years of experience in operations management as an executive and as a consultant. Throughout his career he has held global leadership positions in the US, Middle East, Europe and Asia while managing businesses for Foxboro, Texas Instruments and ABB.
 
Robert Novotny
Managing Consultant, Price Waterhouse Cooper
Rob is a senior executive with over 40 years of management experience. Rob has uniquely combined 15 years as a mining corporate operating executive with 20 years as a management consultant, providing assistance to mining companies worldwide. Rob, has been the CEO and President of Behre Dolbear Management Consulting, a Principle consultant at A.T. Kearney, and is currently working with the PWC Excellence in Mining consulting team in Toronto, Canada.
 
Cliff Pedersen
Chief Information Officer, North West Upgrading, Inc.
Cliff is currently Chief Information Officer (CIO) at North West Redwater Partnership.
His career in the oil refining industry has spanned technical and management leadership positions with Imperial Oil, Shell Canada, and Suncor Energy in process control and optimization, plant automation, and Information Technology. Before joining NWR, he worked with The Open Operations and Maintenance Initiative (OpenO&M™) driving consensus on standards for Enterprise Interoperability as the Industry Facilitator for the Oil & Gas Owner/Operator.
