ASD opens Australian instrument service center
April 18, 2016 - ASD opens Australian instrument service center in the Copacabana, Australia, office of Portable Analytical Solutions, ASD’s Australian partner.
The center is equipped to perform ASD maintenance that has traditionally only been available to Australian customers from the Colorado, USA-based office.
This center includes service offerings for the FieldSpec, TerraSpec and LabSpec instrument lines. The service center can also repair related accessories, perform radiometric calibrations and complete routine/annual maintenance and system checks. Customers and dealers based in the Oceania/Australia region are encouraged to use this service center.
“Portable Analytical Solutions is proud to be able to offer the full range of service, support and calibration options to our ASD customers in the Oceania Region,” said Paul Martin, managing director of Portable Analytical Solutions Pty Ltd. “Now with the ability to complete wavelength and radiometric calibration here in Australia, our customers are assured of timely, comprehensive and cost-efficient servicing and upgrades of their ASD FieldSpec, LabSpec or TerraSpec instruments.”
