Fluke Connect Assets and the Fluke TiX560 Infrared Camera are honored in 2016 EC&M Awards

June 23, 2016 – Fluke Connect Assets and the Fluke TiX560 Infrared Camera and have taken the top prizes in the Software (Maintenance Management) and Cameras and Imaging Equipment categories respectively in the 2016 EC&M Product of the Year Awards.
This is the 21st honor for Fluke Connect and the fifth for the TiX560 Infrared Camera.
Fluke Connect Assets is a cloud-based wireless system of software and test tools that gives maintenance managers a comprehensive view of all critical equipment — including baseline, historical, and current test tool measurement data, current status, and past inspection data — enabling them to set up and sustain a preventive maintenance or condition-based maintenance system.
It features wireless measurement transfer from more than 40 Fluke Connect wireless test tools to Fluke Connect software, eliminating manual recording of measurements so maintenance managers can be more confident that the equipment data history is accurate.
Fluke Connect allows maintenance managers to:
- Eliminate data entry errors by saving measurement data directly from the tool and associating it with a work order, report or asset record
- Maximize uptime and make confident maintenance decisions with data you can trust and trace
- Access baseline, historic and current measurements by asset
- Move away from clipboards, notebooks and multiple spreadsheets with wireless measurement transfer
The TiX560 Infrared Camera, which is part of the Fluke Connect system, features a rotating 240-degree lens and a 5.7 inch touchscreen, which allow thermographers to navigate over, under, and around objects to preview and capture images with ease. The camera is ideal for predictive maintenance, R&D, oil and gas, and utility applications where flexibility and higher resolution are essential.
The TiX560 includes MultiSharp Focus, a technology that takes multiple images and combines them to produce one in-focus image. The advanced focusing system enables users to capture an automated, focused image of multiple targets at once, delivering the image clarity needed by professional thermographers and maintenance managers to produce top-quality results and avoid costly rework.
