Advantech Launches New Online Technical Chat Service

(Cincinnati, Ohio – 03/21/2006) - The Industrial Automation Group of Advantech introduces a new online technical chat service. The basic concept is to help Advantech expand their “service oriented” business approach. Recognizing that on-line services are becoming a greater player in the businesses of today, Advantech has added this new feature and made it available to registered customers of their eAutomationPro website. If you are not registered, you can go to www.eautomationpro.com/us to register. Once you are logged in, the “on-line chat” button appears in the left side bar of the home page. To access, simply click on the button and your session will begin.

Currently, this on-line chat service will be available from 8am until 5am. Eventually, the service will be available 24 hours. Advantech’s 800-line service will not be affected.
