Commtest promotes three to Managing Partners

Knoxville, TN – February 1, 2008 - Jack Henderson, Chairman of the Board of Commtest, announced the following new management structure of its senior management team. Joining Jack Henderson as Global Managing Partners are John Cochrane- General Manager of Commtest Instruments LTD, Jack Dischner - President of Commtest Inc., and Mark Radburnd- CFO of Commtest Instruments, LTD.

"I want to congratulate John Cochrane, Jack Dischner, and Mark Radburnd on these well-deserved promotions and appointments," said Henderson. "These executives are vital members of the management team, working to drive the growth of next-generation of data collection and analyzing equipment globally; these changes demonstrate and further solidify the strength of our Company's leadership team."

With Jack Dischner’s promotion from President of Commtest Inc. to Global Managing Partner, Blaine Loomer and Kevin Deverell will become Co- Director of Sales for North America. They will join the management team with HR / Finance Manager Deborah Block.
