CygNet starts System Integrator Partner Program

June 17, 2010 – CygNet Software, provider of enterprise operations platform for the oil and gas industry, announced its CygNet Integrator Program designed to expand the CygNet partner ecosystem, ensure joint customers receive unparalleled service, and deliver faster time to value. The company also announced it has added its first two integrators, GlobaLogix, Inc. and Techneaux Technology Services, LLC. The selection of these companies recognizes their long-standing commitment to the CygNet customer community and their ability to provide the highest level of integration support for CygNet SCADA solutions.

“GlobaLogix has tripled in size over the last two years, becoming the preferred automation integrator for some of the biggest names in the oil and gas industry,” said Jim Fererro, vice president, sales and business development at GlobaLogix. “The CygNet EOP has been an important part of our success, and we look forward to expanding our joint opportunities through the new CygNet partner program.”

Using the CygNet Enterprise Operations Platform (EOP), both partners are helping their customers turn operational field data into actionable information, resulting in greater control and profitability. Houston-based GlobaLogix, which provides upstream oil and gas producers with a complete spectrum of automation integration services, has worked on CygNet implementations since 2007. The team at Techneaux (pronounced Tech-Know) is focused on helping companies apply technology to enhance their business operations. Techneaux has helped customers design, implement, and support their CygNet EOP infrastructure through migration, integration, system upgrades and new installations for the past 5 years.

“As a long-time, committed CygNet partner, we are pumped to be one of the first integrators named to this program,” said Ben Johnson, manager of the Enterprise Services group at Techneaux. “CygNet has helped our group quadruple in size this year, and with the flexibility and scalability of the EOP platform, coupled with CygNet’s commitment to our success, I don’t see that trend changing anytime soon. The CygNet Integrator Program provides us the resources to exceed our customers’ expectations of a successfully implemented enterprise solution.”

Key components of the CygNet Integrator Program include:
  • Customer opportunity sharing
  • Participation in CygNet training at the company or individual level
  • Additional training materials for ongoing training of integrators
  • Quarterly one-on-one business reviews and proactive market planning
  • Identification as an Integrator Partner on the CygNet website
  • Co-branded marketing programs and integration into CygNet’s marketing strategies
  • Access to gold-level CygNet support

  • “We selected GlobaLogix and Techneaux for our CygNet Integrator Program because they already have exceptional track records in turnkey CygNet implementations, as well as an unwavering commitment to customer service excellence,” said Steve Robb, vice president of business development & marketing at CygNet Software. “By working closely with these partners and the other integrators that we will select for the program, we can ensure our joint customers and prospects will receive a truly optimal customer experience and faster time to value.”
