DVT Completes Acquisition of MTI Machine Vision

Duluth, GA, July 26, 2004 – DVT Corporation announced today that it has completed its acquisition of MTI Machine Vision LLC, a Providence, Rhode Island-based company highly regarded for its semiconductor wafer reading algorithms. Under the terms of the agreement, DVT has acquired the rights to MTI’s machine vision software products and intellectual property, as well as other related assets.
