Flow-Cal Appoints Michael DeMasie COO

September 14, 2011 - Flow-Cal appointed Michael DeMasie as Chief Operating Officer.

DeMasie has over 25 years of technology and industry experience, and joins Flow-Cal from SunGard Energy and Commodities. DeMasie held positions including Senior Vice President of Sales, Professional Services, and Product Development over the course of his 10 years with SunGard. Prior to his tenure at SunGard, he held senior positions at both Enron and NASA. 

DeMasie holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical Engineering from Purdue University, a Master of Science from Southern Methodist University, and a Master of Science from the University of Houston.  DeMasie has global experience in multiple industries including gas and power trading, risk management, implementation consulting, software development, telecommunications, and spacecraft operations.
