Honeywell Introduces PKSconnect to Enhance Customer Responsiveness

PHOENIX, Arizona, June 17, 2002 – The Industry Solutions business of
Honeywell [NYSE:HON] has announced the start up of PKSconnect, a web-based customer feedback system that allows customers to provide input directly to customer advocates and track the response online. PKSconnect combines Siebel CRM software with Six Sigma tools and methodologies to share information across Honeywell for fast, accurate service and issue management, enhancing the overall customer experience.
