International Instrumentation Symposium Expands in Scope

August 152005
Research Triangle Park, NC (15 August 2005) - The 52nd Annual International Instrumentation Symposium will now be sponsored by three ISA divisions - the Aerospace Division, the Test Measurement Division, and beginning this year, the Process Measurement and Control Division.

"We're thrilled that the Process Measurement and Control Division is joining in sponsoring this event. IIS attendees will surely benefit from their top-notch technical expertise," said Rodney Jones, ISA Administrator of ISA Technical Divisions.

One of the longest-running ISA Division Symposia, the 52nd IIS, held 7-11 May 2006 in Cleveland, Ohio, will provide an opportunity for attendees to gain valuable technical information and training in the areas of measurement/sensors, instrumentation systems, data and advanced system/sensor technology. Each year, innovative papers are presented on state-of-the-art topics. Paper abstracts are due by 15 December.

For additional information, to submit a paper for consideration, or to exhibit at the event, please contact Rodney Jones at (919) 9418.
