WILMINGTON, N.C. (March 18, 2003) — Expanding its excellence in customer service, leading conveyor component supplier, Interroll Corp. has announced an extension to its warranty period for all drives and rollers. With the exception of the TaperhexÒ Gold product line, which carries a 10-year warranty, Interroll will now honor standard product warranties for two years from the date of invoice. The new policy will take effect beginning April 1, 2003.

“Interroll has always been the leader in innovation and quality,” said Interroll President Randy Reeves. “Now we are taking our leadership one step further to ensure the best customer service in the industry. We believe our products are the best on the market and the extended warranty stands by this promise.”

Interroll’s general warranty states that “goods furnished are guaranteed to be free from all latent defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for the time of 2 years from purchase.”

The extended warranty applies to all rollers and drives manufactured by Interroll Corp., including non-motorized conveyor components (idlers and precision bearing rollers), AC motorized pulleys (Powerroll products) and DC motorized rollers (RollerDrive and DriveControl products).
