JMP Engineering opens office in Houston, Texas
January 6, 2015 - JMP Engineering opened its Houston, Texas branch. This is the company’s fourth office in the United States and its tenth branch office in North America. This new branch will further expand JMP in the state, expanding its support of local and national customers in Texas and JMP’s organic growth strategy in North America.
Leading the Houston branch will be Nima Heydarian who joined JMP Engineering December 22. With a degree in electrical engineering from Purdue University, Nima has focused his work efforts extensively in the field of control system integration and automation. He is certified in most Rockwell Automation products and has experience in various industries including oil, gas, chemical, food, and beverage.
”Opening our tenth branch in North America is a milestone for JMP Engineering,” said Scott Shawyer, President and CEO of JMP Engineering. “We are continuing to drive growth by building and cultivating long-term relationships with our customer base throughout North America. Nima Heydarian’s technical experience coupled with his keen drive to help customers and build our business in this exciting region makes him a perfect addition to the JMP team.”
“Advanced drilling techniques were responsible for making shale exploration profitable. Today and tomorrow, advanced automation solutions will increase the efficiency of those explorations and keep them profitable even at low oil prices. I believe the next few years will mark the introduction of advanced automation solutions to all aspects of the oil and gas industry from exploration to refining,” said Nima Heydarian, Branch Manager, Houston of JMP Engineering. “I joined JMP Engineering because Scott Shawyer and everyone at JMP truly hold themselves to very high standards in project delivery and customer satisfaction. I am honored to be part of the JMP team and excited to bring our services to the Houston area.”
JMP Engineering, with Nima Heydarian leading its newest branch, and its growing team of accomplished engineers, is now uniquely able to deliver globally proven automation, controls, and information centric solutions to customers.
