Keithley wins semiconductor industry award

Cleveland, Ohio – January 31, 2007 - Keithley Instruments has been recognized for outstanding customer satisfaction by VLSI Research Inc, a global leader in providing independent customer evaluations of semiconductor equipment suppliers. VLSI has awarded Keithley a five star rating among Process Diagnostics companies, the highest possible rating for overall customer satisfaction. The rating is based on a report that measures overall customer satisfaction in the categories of cost of ownership, quality of results, product performance, customer service, technical leadership, and commitment. Keithley is one of only a handful of companies to receive a five star rating for two consecutive years.

VLSI’s five star rating recognizes Keithley’s ongoing commitment to its customers in the semiconductor industry involved in advanced materials research, device characterization, and production of end-products such as electronic assemblies and wireless communication devices.
