NewTrax has developed a multihop wireless mesh network ideal for industrial instrumentation applications.

Robust and low power Mesh/FHSS wireless sensor
The Newtrax wireless Mesh/FHSS sensor is designed for reliable communications in harsh metallic environments with interference from industrial equipment.
Standard I/O ports include:
  • One 3-pin RS-232;
  • Four open-collector digital outputs;
  • Two dry-contact digital inputs;
  • One [0-2]/[4-60]V digital input;
  • One 0-XV analog input (3V
  • Two thermistor inputs;
  • Two 4-20mA current-sink input (option);

    The enclosure is sealed with the antenna inside. A gateway device is available to enable remote device programming and SCADA through the Internet. Newtrax is actively seeking early adopter customers to test beta versions of its products and to participate in the pre-production products specifications.
