Rockwell Automation Achieves Eastman Kodak's 'Best Performing Supplier' Status

July 012004
Company recognized for three consecutive years of outstanding service

MILWAUKEE, July 1, 2004 - In recognition for its ability to exceed Eastman Kodak Company's supplier expectations for quality and service, Rockwell Automation, along with one other company, was recently named the "Best Performing Supplier for the Past Three Years."

This award, the first of its kind given by the company, exemplifies the consistent ability of Rockwell Automation over the last three years to exceed Kodak's Supplier Performance Expectations. Kodak has nearly 800 global suppliers, and the company measures the performance of each supplier on criteria which include a demonstration of exceptional year-after-year quality, product and technology leadership; support supplier diversity; productivity and cost savings; service and support leadership; and safety and environmental excellence.

"Rockwell Automation is committed to enhancing its customer successes worldwide with products, services and responsiveness that set industry standards for quality and value," said Keith Nosbusch, president and CEO, Rockwell Automation. "We relentlessly strive to be the best in every aspect of our business. Kodak's challenge is to continually review and enhance our own world-class standards in quality, cost and delivery of products and services to our customers."
