Panel PC Overview

With the power of a modern industrial PC and the convenience of a touchscreen, Acnodes’ panel PCs are rugged, and provide various industries – including harsh working environments such as the food service industry, and the medical industry – with reliable, high-performance computing technology solutions. Acnodes’ panel PCs include fanless computers with touchscreen sizes up to 21.5 inches, waterproof computers, medical-grade computers, open-frame PCs, computers with PCI/PCI-E expansion capabilities, and ultra-slim computers.
The fanless PCs offer all-in-one embedded computers for HMI and automation control applications, with IP64 and 65-rated metal front bezel and metal construction casings, able to withstand harsh working environments. The waterproof computers are enclosed in an all-stainless steel housing, and the front and rear bezels are designed to be water and dustproof, which makes the computers ideal for washdown applications. The medical-grade PCs come with high-resolution LCD and resistive touchscreens for quick access to medical applications. Equipped with a Core 2 Duo fanless embedded system, IP65-rated front bezels, IPX1-rated back covers, and water and dustproof slim casing with anti-bacterial coating, these PCs are ideal for the medical industry.
Acnodes’ open frame PCs are optimal for those who are looking to customize the appearance of their application. All the computers come with built-in LCD touchscreens, industrial embedded PCI Express or Mini PCI Express expansion slots, and rugged metal open frame housing that is VESA mount ready. The computers with PCI/PCI-E expansion capabilities offer Dual Core and Quad Core CPUs, and include touchscreen monitors with IP65 and 64 ratings. They come with various PCI or PCI Express configurations to choose from. The slim panel PCs come with resistive 7-20 inch touchscreens that can be configured to run on either Intel Atom or Core i3/i5/i7 platforms. They all have NEMA 4 and 12-rated front bezel with varying enclosures that range in depth from 2.96 inches up to 3.15 inches, and offer WiFi wireless LAN and dual Ethernet ports for network connection.
All of Acnodes’ panel PCs meet IP65, NEMA, FCC, or CE certification, and have PCI or PCI-E expansion slots.
