Triangle Services uses Infor asset management software

ATLANTA – July 31, 2007 – Infor today announced Triangle Services, a leading provider of business support services, has selected Infor Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) Enterprise Edition to enhance customer service, reduce costs and increase the productivity of the facilities and services they manage. Triangle Services is deploying the solution to deliver enhanced services to its customers through increased utilization of asset lifecycle planning, resource management, availability of real-time executive dashboards, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

“Triangle Services provides services to some of the most respected companies in the real estate, aviation, distribution, transportation, government, manufacturing and corporate industries,” said Marty Osborn, Infor’s senior director of EAM product marketing. “Infor EAM’s business-specific functionality provides Triangle Services the ability to accurately manage assets and resources and implement proactive measures that directly translate into improved uptime and reliability for their customers.”

EAM Enterprise Edition will enable Triangle Services to minimize asset downtime, anticipate customer requests, reduce paperwork, and enhance productivity by reporting work progress as it occurs via a web interface. By utilizing resources and assets more efficiently through strategic work management processes, the company can ensure that critical assets and resources perform at peak levels. Triangle Services and its customers will now have immediate access to asset information, status of work orders, maintenance requests and delivered outcomes.

“Our customers’ support services are critical to the success of their business,” said Curtis Bragg, president, Triangle Services. “The data collection and analytics inherent in Infor EAM Enterprise Edition will allow us to focus on removing the guess work out of service delivery as well as deliver knowledge-based solutions for our customers. A proactive, comprehensive approach to managing multiple services for a customer sets us apart, giving them a single point of accountability for support services so they can concentrate on the activities that generate revenue.”

Following an 18 month review process, Triangle Services turned to Infor EAM based on its business-specific functionality and domain expertise in the facility management industry. The unique web-architected solution allows facilities management companies to access key information via the web, an intranet, or a handheld device to quickly and easily enter work requests, assign emergency maintenance, view updates, and facilitate inspections.

Infor Enterprise Asset Management solutions allow customers to maintain, manage, and improve the performance of their capital asset infrastructure, including manufacturing equipment, fleets, and facilities. The solution combines asset management functionality and reporting with analytics to deliver a powerful platform for optimizing enterprise asset performance. Infor’s EAM solutions go beyond traditional management of assets providing information that helps identify key trends and anomalies, forecast performance issues, and helps to make forward-looking decisions to take action.
