Rockwell Automation Announces Keith Nosbusch as New Chief Executive Officer

Nosbusch elected president and chief executive officer effective after company’s annual meeting. Don Davis to continue role as chairman of the boardMILWAUKEE (Dec. 4, 2003) – Rockwell Automation, Inc. (NYSE: ROK) announced that its board of directors has elected Keith Nosbusch as president and chief executive officer, to take effect following the company’s annual shareowners meeting Feb. 4, 2004. Nosbusch, 52, succeeds Don H. Davis as Rockwell Automation chief executive officer. Nosbusch earned a bachelor's degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
