GE Fanuc Announces Flexible Motion Control Workshop Schedule
CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va - April 21, 2004 - GE Fanuc Automation Americas, Inc., a unit of GE Infrastructure, has announced the Get Moving with Flexible Motion Control Workshop schedule. This educational workshop introduces the student to flexible and powerful motion control - including time-saving tips, hands-on practice, and expert consultation. During the lab course, students gain experience with engineering productivity tools to configure, program, monitor and troubleshoot a motion control system. Additionally, attendees learn how to incorporate flexible motion control into their own application and how to speed the design process. Agenda includes: creating a new motion control project, configuring a standalone motion controller, building your own application using templates and a Motion Expert wizard, accessing utilities and controller functions to run your application, and using diagnostic tools to improve productivity.
