Featuring transparent, slim profile frames with thousands of modular insert combinations, MODLINK MSDD offers an ideal solution for power and data access without opening the control panel. “MODLINK MSDD interface modules allow laptops, programming and diagnostic devices, networks or modems to be connected easily without ever opening the control panel,” says Bart Caudell, Murrelektronik’s Technical Engineer. “Unnecessary cabling is therefore omitted and control cabinet components are operated within the appropriate protection category.”Murrelektronik offers single and dual mounting frames that can be installed with any combination of modular inserts that simply snap into the frame, giving thousands of combination possibilities to suit each customer’s exact needs. The frames have a standard flat profile, which is unique in the market, allowing modules to be fitted closely to the panel and taking up a minimum amount of space. The unique transparent cover with separate lockable lids allows a clear view of signal indicators and data connectors within the cabinet, all while maintaining IP65 protection.
