Mustang Engineering, L.P., (“Mustang”) a subsidiary of John Wood Group PLC (“Wood Group”), has acquired Ellipsys, Inc. (“Ellipsys”), a Houston-based systems integrator and provider of advanced application software and implementation services to the process and manufacturing industries. Ellipsys had revenues of $2.5 million for the year ended December 31, 2003, and net asset value at completion was $350,000.
