Invensys Process Systems Appoints Virginia Burnell as President of North America Operations

FOXBORO, MASSACHUSETTS - January 24, 2005 - Invensys Process Systems today announced that Virginia Burnell has been appointed president of the company's North America operations. Virginia previously served in a variety of managerial and executive positions at Honeywell International, including vice president and general manager of Honeywell Hi-Spec Solutions, where she led Honeywell's global advanced software applications business. More recently, Virginia served as vice president and chief operating officer of PAS Inc., an industry leader in process control alarm management software. "Ginny possesses the ideal combination of industry knowledge, management excellence, and personal drive needed to help lead Process Systems on its path toward industry leadership," said Michael Caliel, president of Invensys Process Systems. "In the months and years ahead, we will lean heavily on Ginny's leadership qualities to help unlock the unmatched capabilities resident within Invensys' Foxboro, Triconex, SimSci-Esscor, Avantis, and Wonderware brands," added Caliel. Virginia holds a bachelors degree in Chemistry from Kent State University.
