ICS, producers of the IMAC suite of alarm monitoring & analysis products will be exhibiting at the 7th World Congress of Chemical Engineering which is being held next week at the Scottish Exhibition & Conference Centre in Glasgow. It runs from the 10th - 14th July and the exhibition is free entry.The event which is held every 4 years will be one of the largest gatherings of process and chemical engineers from around the world, with more than 2000 paying delegates expected. Following the highly successful 6th Congress which was held in Melbourne, Australia in 2001 the event is returning to Europe for the first time in 14 years.The Congress will feature special industry-led sessions focussing on chemical engineering at the sharp end. These sessions will include feature contributions on issues such as plant performance, asset integrity and legislative compliance.ICS are on Stand 3.8 at the Exhibition which runs along side the Congress. They will be showing the latest developments in their IMAC alarm monitoring & analysis software and demonstrating how the products are used in practical applications to improve plant safety and efficiency.
