James W. Kemp Joins SWANTECH as Senior Vice President, Business Development and Power Generation

Fort Lauderdale, May 30, 2005 – SWANTECH Inc, a leading provider of advanced machine healthcare monitoring solutions and analysis services, today announced that James Kemp has joined the company as senior vice president, business development for the company’s power generation sales division. Prior to joining SWANTECH, Kemp was a senior vice president of engineering for DKRW Energy, where he was responsible for all engineering activities on projects that included an LNG terminal, coals-to-liquid and large wind power projects. Kemp has also served as senior executive vice president and chief technology officer for TransAlta, and was responsible for all corporate operations there. In addition, he has held international executive positions with both Tractebel Power Inc. and Enron Corporation.
