JAI PULNiX Introduces TMC-73M Tiny CCD Machine Vision Color Camera

The TMC-73M is a super-miniature CCD machine vision camera with TV resolution (768 x 494 NTSC, 752 x 582 PAL) and outstanding color fidelity for the most demanding color applications. Featuring a 1/3" color imager (Sony ICX408AK for NTSC, ICX409AK for PAL), this camera is tiny and very robust. The TMC-73M offers many features including VBS and Y/C output, automatic electronic exposure to eliminate auto-iris lenses, and AGC on/off selection. The high-speed shutter is selectable for speeds from 1/60 sec. to 1/10,000 sec. The state-of-the-art flex-rigid circuit board technology, in which four small boards are fully interconnected with flex-rigid links for ease of assembly and flexibility, offers shock and vibration resistance.The internal board set (TMC-73MB) is available separately for quantity OEM requirements (minimum order quantities apply). The TMC-73MB includes a strip of input/output pads for easy interfacing with OEM applications. The lens mount is CS-mount (or C-mount with added 5mm adapter). This camera is excellent for applications such as pipe inspection, machine vision, airborne reconnaissance, color recognition, surveillance, multimedia, and teleconferencing.The TMC-73M is available now.
